Artwork Sales Policy

The Kate Soady Art Gallery exclusively exhibits original artworks created by Kate Soady. To ensure fairness and uphold the value of each unique piece, the following policies apply:

1. No Discounts

As a policy, we do not offer discounts on any artworks. Each piece is priced to reflect the time, creativity, and expertise invested in its creation. Your support of original art is deeply appreciated.

2. Deposits to Secure Artwork

To secure a specific artwork, a deposit must be paid immediately. The deposit confirms that the artwork is placed on hold for you.

Terms for deposits:

    •    The deposit amount is 10% of the artwork’s value.

    •    The balance must be paid in full within seven (7) days of the deposit being made.

    •    Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe.

If a deposit is not made, the artwork will remain available for other buyers.
