My recent abstract Rhythm Landscape paintings reflect the rhythm intrinsic to the movement I feel while walking through the bush. Rhythm appears through the repetition of trees, flowers, colours, sounds, birds, earth and sky. These various elements create a rhythmic pattern on the canvas, which evoke the felt sense of the textures and the experience of being in the bush of the Blue Mountains.
