Summer Banksia and Wattlebird

My work is inspired by nature of the Blue Mountains. There is a musicality that is created by line, colour and overlaying rhythmic of forms. This semi abstract piece depicts Australian native flora and bird life. 

There is a sense of joyful wonder in Kate’s playful nature series of Banksia.
